I still am tweaking my home meals.
As my checkup doctor told me weeks ago that home-cooked meals were the way to go, I had to spend my evenings trying to cook myself a good dinner. However, there are difficulties.
One, ingredients. I don’t eat at home that regularly, so buying fresh green ingredients are a bitch because they wilt quickly in the fridge. Buying fresh meat are also a bitch because they have to be cooked right away for optimal texture and taste. Portioning also is a bitch. So I had to make do with what could last longer given my intermittent cooking schedule.
