OK, so I’ll continue now the “Merry in Lemery” series. XD Subtitled “Extreme Magic Sing”.
…Later on when we left Laguna and entered NCR kingdom, things got really really rowdy. First, they got singing like mad people. First in the line of “defame that tune” was Parokya ni Edgar’s “Chikinini“, which is definitely apt for drunk monkeys.
Later again it was a “parody” of some Eraserheads songs. Now I’m not a big fan of PNE, but when it comes to E-heads, I’m a fanatic. So I nearly went nuts from listening to them defaming my favorite songs, like “Ang Huling El Bimbo” (The Last El Bimbo). It was a cacophony of good voices and hoarse voices, more so like a symphony of banging guitars. XD
I don’t think they brought any liquor at the bus, but the next actions of them made me reconsider. They began singing like drunk people do.
Anyway, they began the “EXTREME Magic Sing” parody aimed at our resident “Manny Pacquiao Personality”, Warren, which probably made him redder than red. More so when they saw two adjacent billboards sporting different Manny Pacquiao advertisments.
Nothing much when we already got out of SLEX and we entered Binay Kingdom (Makati City). I dunno why. I kinda feel strage seeing that “B” sign on the lampposts, the streets, the announcements. It should at least look or subliminally look like “Makati”. It’s like his own friggin’ kingdom, worse than the “SMILE sa QC” propaganda some decade ago.
Not much happened since we left Makati, because I just sloshed the last 500ml of Royal Tru-Orange and munched the two bags of V-Cut before I saw Espana, so there. I got home pretty exhausted but deeply satisfied because of the trip.
I’m kinda surprised by the sheer volume of downloaders I had at my two 4shared accounts. One entry almost made me want to consider taking it down.
Whee. Last week I downloaded a particular song from ~mercy (see my mp3 page’s “affiliates”) titled “Kimi ha Suteki” from a band called FLOPPY. It was very good, particularly catchy. Like it was straight out of the gaming OSTs of Mario, FF and the old Famicom series. Also the way the singer said “hai” at some points, whee. Nice.
Probably I’ll upload it at some time next week. XD I already uploaded this week’s rotation last week before I got FLOPPY, and T_T I should have included it. He he.
BROWNOUT!! *yeaggh*
While I was typing something at home, a damn power outage happened again.
It’s due to the storm “Milenyo” banging and brashing its way inside Metro Manila.
First, I dunno why they named this storm “Milenyo“. Probably the nutcases at PAGASA are smoking crack. “Milenyo” means “Millennium” in English.
Due to that horrific storm (claiming 18 lives, according to the broadsheet I bought yesterday), I wasn’t able to upload my new mp3 page’s layout, two straight days of classes are suspended, and most of all my bedroom nearly became a sauna because I don’t have aircon/electric fan anymore due to the power outage. Bless those with generators.
But the most painful thing is that my rechargeable batteries wasn’t able to hang on for two days of power outage, I can’t listen to my favorite J-music on my mp3 player! T_T I missed AnCafe and KuriKuri.
Probably next week I’ll elaborate on this one.
