BGM: [Coffee and TV] by Blur

The BGM above is perfectly appropriate for my life in limbo vacation time. I lived on coffee and TV all the weeks I spent learning Japanese, reading Readers’ Digest, watching Excel Saga reruns, movies, late-night shows, and the like. I spend hours alone on my room, so isolate that my parents at one time forgot that I existed one day.

Boredom kills me. Right. So I try to keep doing something that will keep me occupied, or amused, or intrigued, or something. I really feel depressed when I don’t do anything that will fill my empty container (that is me).

Yes. The second semester of my UST life finally started.

Some of the subjects disappeared, like Logic and General Psychology. Now, here comes the dreadful Rizal Course and Philippine History. Hi-yaahh!! Pu+@…

We have new teachers and ghost professors (notably Mr Puerto of SPKM1) who didn’t show up on schedule.

*voice of a boxing commentator*

Lay-deeees en gentlemeeeennnn….

Introducing, in the ICS2 corner, weighing in at an unknown pound, standing as professor, from the Dept Of Information and Computer Studies…

Vergiiiilllll!

Now, in the PHIST corner, weighing in a very lesser weight, wearing spectacles, no shorts, introducing, from teh College of Science,…

Doh-mingggooo!!!

(this is not wrestling…)

And your judges, from the College of Science,
Professor Burnz! (his actual nickname)

Professor Lachica! (the only retained teacher, affable)

And the other judges are not present due to complications far from the physical aspects.

Let’s get ready to rummmbbblllleee!!!!

*end*

It’s a good thing I passed all subjects in the first semester. Some of my classmates are just awaiting eternal torture from hell, the dreaded Summer lessons in UST.

And their enrollment line sucks.

Mr. Vergil (maybe named after the famous philosopher) viciously reminded us that ICS2 is the stepping stone to glory. Why?

ICS2 is all about programming and coding in C, the foundation of all the programming languages. If I don’t pass, 3 subjects in 2nd year will be forfeited to me. And if I fail, he said that I should reconsider having to shift to another course. Yay.

T_T

So now, it’s busier. Mr. Domingo also gave us a hard time on researches and projects, so I have less time for my vices.

And my PE is on a Monday, so Sunday’s all I got to rest for. It really kills me inside. Pfft.

So, here are some links to enjoy your week. I’ll be blogging by next week or by Saturday.

Done. There’s not much, but next time, lots will be done.
