OK, so I have nothing to post nowadays. So, I’ll just narrate some things that I do this vacation time. Dammit, MYX songs piss me off.
1. I sleep at 1 a.m. . Promise. I watch endless replays of Master Showman (Kuya Germs), Net 25’s Urban Peasant cooking show, anything on TV. And when there’s nothing to watch, I snap on my headphones and play the Eraserheads CD until I feel drowsy. The bad effect is, I wake up at 11 in the mornings.
2. I play basketball. YES, Resti, Drew, Mat, I play basketball at a (somewhat) competitive level. I can shoot. I usually strut my old Spalding ball at the nearby courts at 12 in the afternoon and travel if the position is filled. I especially enjoy playing in the MRB rowhouses and at the court, which is incidentally, a few ten blocks away from Irwin’s house. I’m planning to make ghost appearances to him, but hey, maybe he’ll go nuts.
3. I study Japanese/Nihongo. Ah, my shumi (hobby). Japanese wording really intrigues me, so I just study it at the afternoons after basketball. Currently I am finished studying HOW to convert English to japanese using pronunciation and Katakana (Korunu Biifu – Corned Beef). Now, I’m having a heck of a hard time studying Kanji. Very hard, very hard. Dame. I am so doomed, but, I like what I’m doing. Bilinguals rejoice!
4. I watch anime. OK, Ok, so having five animes at my belt does work. FLCL, Excel Saga, FMP Fumoffu, Shadow Skill and Chrno Crusade. But, before that, I enjoy some animes at TV, like the Get Backers. I do not watch the Ragnarok Animation, I just linger to listen to the Opening theme, which is more enticing than the show itself (and I already watched lots of it alreday thanks to Kenneth D.). Others that I enjoy are One Piece (cheesy of me), Inu Yasha, and others on the regular program schedules. Damn, cables does really piss me off. by December, maybe I’ll have one at the room.
5. I listen to lots of music. Enough?
6. I travel alone. It’s a long time since I have time for myself, so sometimes I go out and have fun. I board a jeep or a bus, then I go wherever I like. I was recently in Makati. I already looked at Oakwood’s plush residences. I went to UST again last Friday. I went to Intramuros. I travel wherever I like as long as there is a terminal to Fairview. (I went back to SM Centerpoint)
7. Visiting others’ blogs. Self-explanatory.
