BGM: [Intergalactic] by the Beastie Boys
So much for the end of my first semester at UST.
I’m actually kind of sad since I didn’t do well at UST, and I’m not gonna be surprised if my grades fall down thirteen steps lower. Sad also because I’ll miss some of my classmates for about thre weeks of blissful rest. Also, it will be hard for me to raise enough money to buy myself 6 CDs of animes. Woo…hooo…
I read a new manga by Mr. Kenneth D, entitled Negima, all about Negi T. Springfield, a 9-year old junior magician who was rasked to do something for passing some kind of qualification for the next stage, and it was about teaching English to an all-girls high school. If you read some 16+ manga and Love Hina manga, you will understand (since the creator of Negima is also Love Hina’s wacky maker) the concepts of this hilarious thing. KInda sad since I only read it thrice. Next semester will be the next analyzation. Oh well, another reason for sadness.
Another reason for being sad is being at the house for three agonizing non-procrastinating weeks.
Since I’m the oldest of us three children in the house, I will be the instant maid of the day. Since we don’t have any of the mail-order maids or the Agencias or something, we usually take turns doing a thing or two. My scheming sisters would use my disadvantage to PROD me and KICK me and STAB me in the back, sitting comfortably in a comfy couch whilst I scratch and burn while doing household chores. YES, I do clean our toilet at Sundays. That’s a big sad part for me. I would rather spend one hour with Mr. Uro everyday reading Algebra than spend sweatful afternoons washing dirty dishes of my savage uncivilized siblings who purposefully eats a lot when I’m in duty.
Slobs. Heh.
Another reason for being sad is that I still don’t have my PC yet. PLEASE. So much for crashing, upgrading and just using it for office purposes. Our PC at home is password-protected by Dad and Mum, and they only have the key to use it. It’s just a simple WinXP with just Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Lotus 1-2-3. Kinda sad since my miom still balks when I propose he give me some money to buy a PC. I wouldn’t be talking to you guys much in these upcoming weeks, I’m going to be as sad to just visit this once every 1 1/2 weeks. Until then, flood my tagboard.
Another sad feeling is that I’m stuck at home with the IMperfect Excel Saga collection and 1/2 of Chrno. Since I returned FMP and Ragnarok Animation episode 29 (yes, I already watched LOTS but the Philippine version really SUCKS, prefer Japanese fansubs!!!!) to Kenneth, I’m stuck with 2 animes in 3 weeks. I’m still trying to filch 500 pesos at 3 weeks to buy another set of CDs.
Please. I’m sad.
But, the consolation is, school’s out. No more fungus-faced professors. No more 4 storey climbing. Temporarily, my body sighs a bit of relief. HAH. And I can study Japanese at my spare time. Kakkoii.
3 weeks. I’ll try to enjoy it while simultaneously being in fury and anger for this unsolicited holiday.
Meanwhile, here’s a serving of links (LOTS) to keep you busy clicking and chopping your fingers off.
