Whoo. After much sweatbuckets of tae-bo, we are definitely THROUGH with it.

That grade means a lot to me because it can pull some of my subjects up with it (hopefully) and have a grandiose celebration with Cali soon after. Nobody wants a line of 2 anyway, much less a 3.
Mr. Laxa gave us a compromise: we give a “voluntary donation” which is an euphemism for a hold-up, in exchange for discarding the written tae-bo exam.
I meekly forked the money.
Having much difficulty earning some money today, folks. Maybe due to the fiscal crisis, the fare increase, refusal of allowance hike, money-draining school activities, or all.
My allowance everyday is just P100, since I save P50 for my school projects (I reserve those for the real dire emergency needs), so I am on a tightwad project today. I just wish ulcers aren’t so much like a fad in this status.
Now, I want to collect anime CDs.
Kenneth got me into his business (thankfully, cause it’s VERY boring around a silent house on Mondays), and so I started borrowing and buying anime CDs.
Anime CDs costs P70 in a Virramall-extension-maybe-or-somehow anime CD shop in P. Noval near UST, it’s high-quality and DVD. So much.
Burning the CDs just costs P25 each.
My P100 aloowance is divided into 2: the 55 pesos travel expenses, and the 45 peso savings.
By this rate, I have for myself 9 CDs from Kenneth (borrowed for P100), and it’s just a matter of time before I burn them all. But with the money I save per week, and the saved school-project money temptation is growing bigger, I am in a fix to cover this up.
Hopefully. I still plan to collect the SEED collection after this thing.
Last Saturday, due to some ass-faced ticket and a project, we (Jeff, Kenneth, Resti and me) went to SM Centerpoint in Sta. Mesa, Manila to watch Liza Magtoto’s “ASL…Pls” stage play.
The whole thing is a masterful paraphrased double-sided humongous self-winding piece of shit. And I have the ass to still say more about this. Guess Sir Edison was right. I shoulda have taken the P150 abstinence.
And, to top it all off, they invited some low-key “all-stars” to spice up the whole thing. See, that’s why like the tickets were of like a concert ticket price.
The LRT2 costed P12 from Legarda to V. Mapa.
The pedicab we took from Espana to Legarda costed P20. Shit, again!
And, sadly, I can’t do my project due to time difficulties. This internet time I use is for the English project for a book review of Tom Clancy’s Sum Of All Fears.
Here’s another serving of links, folks. Guess I kept ya waiting.
- http://www.smalltime.com/dictator.html – Here are the rules: Pretend to be a dictator or television sitcom character. I’ll try to guess who you are by asking simple yes/no questions. If you’re not sure of the answer to a question, answer “No”. If you forgot who you were pretending to be, go take a nap, you’re obviously under too much stress. Also, drink plenty of fluids.
- http://www.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,4057,10902150^13762,00.htm – That is a bullshit. They shoulda attempt something more life-risky, like Physics discussion 101 for 500 straight hours. Whoever sleeps will lose.
- http://www.oakley.com/catalog/eyewear/thump/ – MP3 players in your shades. Cool. Guess that’s one reason you must pretend to have sore eyes in class.
- http://www.christiananswers.net/spotlight/movies/2004/meangirls.html – Oh no. Mean Girls. Next: Raunchy Moms.
- http://www.rathergood.com/fishy/ – Johnny Cash inside a cat. Cool.
- http://www.kropserkel.com/godfather.htm – Decide if you will.
I’ll be back later…so be happy whilst I am watching TV. Ta-ta. Watching Happy Tree Friends.
